After starting on the Mainframe at 19 years old, I've held 4 different positions, interacted with people all around the world, and even moved across the ocean. In this session, I'd like to share with you some lessons I've learned about attracting, and most importantly keeping, young talent on the mainframe... Sometimes the hard way!
