Presentation

It's reported that 80% of AI projects fail. Whether they are completely abandoned or fail to deliver value, it's clear that despite the promises, AI projects often end up wasting time and money. In this session, we'll explore how to ensure AI success starting with your grumpiest employees. Grumpy people will quickly identify pain points that could be improved. If you get the grumps on board with your AI project, you can be sure that the rest of the organization will agree. We'll also explore other factors for failing AI projects and how to avoid them. You'll leave with a practical strategy for identifying AI projects and ensuring success.
