Well, we have come up with a solution, that will make the transaction stop without you having to stop the whole OLTP region. We will also mention, some other enhancements to make your OLTP environment more resilient.
There is currently no attachment for 21CS OLTP (CICS) for VSEn transaction looping, you can take care of it! (and other enhancements)
