You're locked in, and the only way out is through a series of DevOps puzzles. It's a playful premise, but the challenges are real: provisioning environments, automating builds, and getting CI/CD working on mainframe systems. Each "locked door" opens with a tool from the Zowe ecosystem and other open-source tooling. Drawing on my experience running hands-on Zowe DevOps workshops, I'll show how a little gamification makes complex technical concepts stick.
