With over 15 years of experience in IT, Alexander Goncharenko is a Senior Software R&D Manager at Broadcom, where he focuses on modernizing Mainframe DevOps and Developer Experience. Since January 2022, he’s led R&D efforts for innovative products, including the Broadcom MSD Workshops platform. A speaker at GSE conferences, Alexander is passionate about Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, and Security, constantly exploring ways to improve the development lifecycle and secure enterprise platforms.
