In this session, we will visualize a structured skills ladder with four levels: Foundational, Professional, Specialization, and Applied Knowledge. Using this framework, we will look at how mentoring accelerates the ripple effect at every stage: how the act of guiding someone else’s growth deepens your own, how structured mentoring relationships create visible progress for both mentor and mentee, and how blended learning approaches make those relationships more intentional and more durable.
