Db2 Attachment Facilities are the interfaces between the application programs and Db2 for z/OS. In this presentation we will go through the basics of the most common attachment facilities (TSO, CAF, RRSAF, …), we will show how and when to use them, and we will also cover some advanced topics such as security implications, thread reuse, connection switching.
