Phil is a Client Services Consultant and Development Team Leader with nearly three decades of hands-on engineering and technical advisory experience. Beginning in 1996 as a Trainee IBM Assembler Programmer, Phil spent two decades in core software development, leading complex mainframe architecture, full-stack web interface development, and major European data migration projects using IBM Assembler, Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
