With over a decade of experience in the mainframe industry, I began my journey in 2011, mastering COBOL and building a strong foundation in enterprise software development. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside highly skilled colleagues and mentors who have shaped my expertise and passion for technology. As the industry evolves, continuous learning from both the field and end users has become an integral part of my professional growth. Currently, my focus is on application observability and developing sustainable enterprise observability strategies to enhance software delivery and operations. By leveraging data-driven insights and improved monitoring approaches, I strive to drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation in enterprise IT environments.
