Presentation

This session will review Macro 4's 2 year trainee program from both the management and the employee's perspectives. We now have detailed systems support engineers working on z/OS using IBM's Global Skills Accelerator Program (GSAP) alongside our working expertise - true learning on the job. I will be joined by Shelly Meierarend from IBM who is a Global Skills Leader to give IBM's perspectives also on the program and Macro 4's participation in it.
