I’ve spent my career helping people build and run the systems their businesses depend on, whether that’s tuning Db2, modernising IBM Z workloads, or mentoring engineers who want to grow. I’m recognised as a 5× IBM Champion and OMP Ambassador, but what motivates me most is making complex technology easier to understand and simpler to work with. I love sharing what I’ve learned through speaking, writing, and community work so others can develop their craft and feel proud of the systems they create.
