Ezriel Gross is a CICS Technical Specialist at IBM, helping clients maximize the value of IBM Z and CICS technologies through modernization, performance optimization, and technical enablement. With more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise computing industry, Ezriel is recognized for his deep expertise in CICS architecture, Web Services, API integration, performance tuning, monitoring, CICSPlex SM, DevOps, Liberty, and CICS internals. Prior to joining IBM, Ezriel served as a Senior Technical Staff Member (STSM) at Rocket Software, specializing in IBM CICS Tools. He was also the CEO of Circle Software, which was acquired by Rocket Software in 2018, where he delivered consulting services and hands-on education focused on CICS, Db2, and MQ. A longtime IBM Gold Consultant and ten-time IBM Champion, Ezriel is a frequent presenter, mentor, and trusted advisor within the IBM Z community. He also co-architected Rocket C\PROF, an innovative solution that captures CICS trace data without running in a CICS region.
