Whittlebury Park is offering free Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel. No code will be needed to connect to the Wi-Fi—just select and connect. However, please be aware that with over 400 delegates, each with 2 or 3 devices to connect to the Wi-Fi, there may be times when network performance is not as quick as you would like.
You have two Forge26 agendas: one on the website, generated from Sessionize; and one from the Whova app. We have structured the agendas to let you attend a wide range of presentations. If you miss a session, we intend to have a copy of the presenter's slides available for download from the private agenda page under My GS-UK of the conference website. Your 'My GSE' UserID and password will allow access to these presentations.
Please silence all mobile phones, pagers and other electronic devices when you attend sessions. You are welcome to take notes during the meeting on your laptop computer but please type quietly and reduce the sound of the keyboard click as much as possible. Such noises during the session are very distracting to both the speaker and the other attendees. We appreciate your cooperation.
This year, we will be conducting session evaluations electronically using the Whova app.
Your welcome pack includes an overall conference evaluation form. Please complete it after your final session, add any additional comments you would like to make, and submit it at the GS Forge26 registration desk. These forms and your written comments are invaluable, as they directly contribute to improving future conferences. Your voice matters.
Once again, the vendors have superbly supported the GSE Annual Conference. We have more than 20 vendors on display and would encourage you to visit them all to discuss their products and services. Without their support, we would not be able to keep the cost of attending the conference as low as it is!
